50% Repair Credit Program
Customer may receive a credit equal to 50% of the original repair contract amount actually paid, excluding taxes, permit fees, emergency service fees, and additional work outside the original repair scope. The credit must be used within 60 months (5 years) of repair completion and may only be applied toward a complete roof replacement performed by Collis Roofing at the same property address. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, requires execution of a new written roof replacement contract, may not exceed 20% of the replacement contract price, and replacement pricing will be based on current market rates at the time of contract. The credit may not be combined with insurance proceeds except where permitted by applicable law.
Additional Terms & Limitations
Material Matching: Contractor will make every reasonable effort to match existing roofing materials using available standard colors and materials; however, an exact match is not guaranteed due to age, weathering, fading, manufacturer changes, and product availability.
Excluded / Additional Work: Unless specifically included, pricing does not include replacement of fascia, trim, sheathing, rafters, structural members, siding, masonry, vents, underlayment, metal edging, or flashing beyond the defined repair scope. Necessary deteriorated wood replacement is billed separately based on the actual quantity required, at Collis Roofing's standard rates.
Property & Access: Customer must provide reasonable access to the work area and should remove or protect property below or adjacent to the work area. Roofing operations may cause vibration, dust, or debris. Contractor is not responsible for damage to unprotected property or concealed electrical, plumbing, or HVAC components located in areas affected by required fasteners.
Schedule & Unforeseen Conditions: Work will be scheduled according to Contractor's production schedule. Pricing is subject to change upon notice to Customer if unforeseen conditions, code-required work, specialty material needs, or other conditions outside the visible repair scope are encountered.
Authorization: By approving this proposal, Customer authorizes Collis Roofing, Inc. to perform the work described and agrees to the applicable terms and conditions of the repair contract.
Statutory Notice
Florida Construction Lien Law: According to Florida's Construction Lien Law (Sections 713.001–713.37, Florida Statutes), those who work on your property or provide materials and are not paid in full have a right to enforce their claim for payment against your property. This claim is known as a construction lien. If your contractor or a subcontractor fails to pay subcontractors, sub-subcontractors, or material suppliers, the people who are owed money may look to your property for payment, even if you have already paid your contractor in full. Florida's construction lien law is complex, and it is recommended that you consult an attorney.
Send to estimating when the expected price exceeds $2,500, the scope cannot be clearly defined, significant structural/deck work is anticipated, extensive siding/stucco removal is required, multiple unrelated roof areas are involved, or the technician is not confident in the scope or price level.
